1. Returns & Exchanges

We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of consumable pet products.

However, we always want you and your dog to be happy.
Please contact us at dogs@estespaw.com if you experience an issue.

2. Refund Eligibility (30 Days)

Refunds may be approved for:

  • Damaged items

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect items

  • Quality concerns

Request must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Return Shipping Costs

If a return is required:

  • Customer pays for return shipping

  • We do not provide prepaid labels

  • Items must be unopened and unused

4. Cancelling or Editing Orders

Once your order is confirmed, we cannot guarantee cancellation or edits due to fast processing times. We will try our best if you email immediately.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery.
If damaged, missing, or incorrect:

  • Email us immediately

  • Include photos

  • Provide your order number

We will make it right.

6. Refund Processing

If approved:

  • Refund is issued to your original payment method

  • Banks may take up to 48 business hours to reflect funds

7. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened chews, treats, or CBD

  • Final sale items

  • Mystery boxes/bundles

  • Used accessories
