Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations

We ship within the United States only
We do not ship to:

  • Canada

  • International destinations

  • U.S. territories

  • APO/FPO addresses

2. Processing Times

Orders ship within 24–48 business hours.
Excludes weekends and holidays.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight

  • Destination

  • Carrier rates

Shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

4. Tracking

Once shipped, tracking will be emailed automatically.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once marked Delivered:

  • We are not responsible for theft or missing packages

  • We will help file a claim

  • Replacements are discretionary

6. Incorrect Addresses

If returned due to incorrect address:

  • Customer pays reshipment fee

  • Original shipping cost is non-refundable

7. Damaged Packages

Take photos immediately and email us.
We will replace or refund damaged items.
